Everybody Eats Together is a coalition of neighbors, farmers, students, and local organizations coordinating food access and community development through farmers’ markets, agricultural education, garden volunteerism, and communal dining. We are on the verge of creating a food system model complete with, a community-owned and operated grocery store hub in Ashview Heights that will include housing, a food-court, and a cooperative workspace program that roots and nourishes all.

EveryBody Eats Together LLC, in partnership with Wecycle Atlanta Inc. wants you to join us for the “From Cart To Corner-store Campaign" where we are doing just that: taking our “pay what you can" grocer cart to the next level by setting out to own our local corner-store by 2026 with the community! Through faith and food, we are charting a path to create a food system model equitably owned and operated by the community with levels of entry for all. Calling all neighbors, farmers, and home gardeners! All funds will be an investment towards: programming, employment, food-distribution, and acquisition of what wil be the most community centered food system of our time.
Why Black Food Systems Matter.
It’s not easy trying to make a dollar out of fifteen cents. Especially when; on average, eighty five cent out of every dollar spent on food leaves most African American communities immediately.
